MEOWsterpiece Art Gallery - Take & Make Kit Pick Up In-Person
Does your cat have what it takes to be the next Paw-casso? Teens and their cats are invited to join our MEOWsterpiece Art Gallery—a creative collaboration between you and your favorite feline!
Pick up a take-and-make kit at the library filled with everything you need to let your cat create a one-of-a-kind work of art, including a blank canvas, paint, plastic bag, and a dash of catnip. Follow the enclosed instructions to prep your kitty's "studio" at home, then let Fluffy roll, pounce, and play their way to artistic greatness.
Once your cat’s masterpiece is complete, return the canvas to the library along with a photo of you and your artist-in-fur by 8PM July 14. We'll display all the paw-some creations in our Teen MEOWsterpiece Gallery for two weeks of public voting. The artwork with the most votes will be crowned Best in Show and announced on July 31!
Intended for humans age 12-18 and their cat artists of any age.
