Tai Chi for Arthritis In-Person
Join us as our local martial arts teacher, Merlin Taylor guides us in the art of Tai Chi.
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that has evolved into a gentle, low-impact form of exercise. Practitioners perform a series of deliberate, flowing motions while focusing on deep, slow breaths.
Intended for ages 50 and older.
