Intro to Baby Sign Language In-Person
Baby Sign Language lets babies, as young as 6 months old, communicate their needs. This helps ease the stress to both baby and parent during those "Why are they crying?" and "What do they want?" times. Interested in learning about using sign language with your baby?
Join us as we explore the practice of baby sign language. Anna Gorham, a local mother of 2, will be here to give us an introduction, demonstrate, and help us answer some of our questions. What is it? How is it helpful? What should my expectations be? What are the resources available for more information?
Parents with young children are encouraged to attend and bring the babies along.
Intended for children ages 0 - 3 years and their parents.
